Continuous monitoring of substances in SDSs

Lists always available, automatic cross-referencing, and targeted alerts:

the SDS-FullService approach

Safety Data Sheets change. Lists are updated. Customer requests, audits, and reporting increase. And for those who manage health, safety, environment, and product compliance, the difficulty is not "having the SDS": it is maintaining reliable and demonstrable control over what is present in the company and what changes over time.

In many organizations, critical substances are still checked on an "ad hoc" basis: when an audit comes around, when a customer requests specific data, or when a new regulatory priority emerges. The result is repetitive manual work, often based on PDFs and ad hoc extractions, with an inevitable risk: discovering too late an impact that should have been managed earlier.

SDS-FullService tackles this issue with a different approach: continuous monitoring of the substances listed in SDSs, based on data extracted and cross-referenced with reference lists that are always available. The main public lists (e.g., ECHA/SVHC, restrictions, California Proposition 65, and others) can be consulted on the platform and, when necessary, can be supplemented by internal or sector-specific lists, including those requested by customers or markets.

The system automatically cross-references the data in the SDSs with the selected lists, quickly showing which products or mixtures are involved and for which substances. Periodic reports and targeted alerts help highlight actual changes and impacts, without the need for continuous manual checks.

In a context where responsibilities remain and complexity grows, the advantage is clear: reduced risk of non-compliance, faster response times to internal and external stakeholders, and greater operational peace of mind, because control does not depend on the urgency of the moment.

Our team is here to help you manage SDSs and keep track of hazardous substances!
