Every Software Solutions (Every SWS for short) is an ICT company specializing in providing technologies, software solutions and services dedicated to the management and distribution of digital documents and data within the enterprise and along the Supply Chain.
The solutions, which are available in the cloud, are designed, developed and delivered according to a certified Information Security Management System ISO27001.
Thanks to the skills it has acquired and the technologies it has implemented, Every SWS is a point of reference for medium and large-sized companies in the areas of automation, dematerialization and digital transformation of business processes.
Starting in 2009, as a result of the REACH Regulation-the largest legislative intervention on European chemicals-implemented the solutions SDS-FullService, dedicated to the processes of management, storage and distribution of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
The solutions are aimed at simplifying the requirements of health and safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and the European REACH and CLP Regulations, and at facilitating the process of communicating and controlling the hazardousness of substances and mixtures, both within the production company and throughout the supply chain.
Already designed from the outset to meet the needs of chemical manufacturers/suppliers and industrial and professional users, they have been enriched over time with numerous features, most notably an innovative continuous monitoring process between substances in use and lists of hazardous, banned or restricted substances.
Today, SDS-FullService solutions overcome the critical issues arising from the need to quickly locate, search, compare and consult the data needed to use chemicals safely and in accordance with regulations, customer requirements and your target market or industry.
