Every Software Solutions (Every SWS for short) is an ICT company specializing in providing technologies, software solutions and services dedicated to the management and distribution of digital documents and data within the enterprise and along the Supply Chain.

Thanks to the skills it has acquired and the technologies it has implemented, Every SWS is a point of reference for medium and large-sized companies in the areas of automation, dematerialization and digital transformation of business processes.

Since 2009, following the REACH Regulation – the largest legislative intervention on European chemistry – it has created the solutions of the Share-SDS suite, dedicated to the processes of management, archiving and distribution of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

The solutions are aimed at simplifying the requirements of the health and safety legislature (Legislative Decree 81/08) and the European REACH and CLP Regulations, and at facilitating the process of communicating and controlling the hazardousness of substances and mixtures, both within the production company and throughout the supply chain.

Already designed from the outset to meet the needs of chemical manufacturers/suppliers and industrial and professional users, they have been enriched over time with numerous features, most notably an innovative continuous monitoring process between substances in use and lists of hazardous, banned or restricted substances.
